EGLANTINA ZINGG


Born in Venezuela and based in New York City, actress, model, activist and television host, Eglantina Zingg began her career in television as a host on MTV Latin America’s program L’Gueveo.  

 Eglantina started, from an early age, as a professional model. She debuted in some of the largest catwalks: Milan, Paris, Madrid, and London, aside from the United States, Asia, and Latin America. She’s been on the cover of Elle, Marie Claire, GQ, Maxim and Vogue, and was the face for Vivienne Westwood, Carolina Herrera and Roberto Cavali.

In 2011, Eglantina was recognized as “Icon of the Year”, was the face for the fragrance “Lady Million” by Paca Rabanne, and was selected as the official ambassador for Fashion Week Worldwide Mercedes Benz.

Besides her successful career in modeling and entertainment, Eglantine founded Project Peace Latin America, an organization which aims to promote the values of young people from an early age through sports, music and culture. Given the success of the foundation, in 2014 TAG Heuer became the official sponsor of Project Peace Latin America for Venezuela.

In 2013, she hosted the third season of Project Runway Latin America and made her debut in the film Secret Confession (2013) by Juan Pablo Raba and Marlon Moreno, under the direction of Henry Rivero and the production of Edgar Ramírez.
