Besides her successful career in modeling and entertainment, Eglantine founded Project Peace Latin America, an organization which aims to promote the values of young people from an early age through sports, music and culture. Given the success of the foundation, in 2014 TAG Heuer became the official sponsor of Project Peace Latin America for Venezuela.
In 2013, she hosted the third season of Project Runway Latin America and made her debut in the film Secret Confession (2013) by Juan Pablo Raba and Marlon Moreno, under the direction of Henry Rivero and the production of Edgar Ramírez.
